Most advisors come from one side of the table. I come from both — institutional investor, and operator inside a venture-backed company.
I help founder-led healthcare and AgeTech companies become more fundable, commercially executable, and strategically coherent — by defining the milestones that capital should actually buy, and the commercial path to hit them.
ContactWhat I DoWhat I Do
I work with founders, CEOs, and the investors backing them to clarify the fundable thesis, identify the first real buyer, sharpen the investor narrative, and pressure-test the plan that capital is being asked to fund.
Engagements range from a one-week narrative-and-deck sprint to multi-month fractional strategy or operational support. Most start with a working call to scope the real problem before anything else.
Investor Readiness
Fundraising narrative, deck and memo work, use-of-funds logic, milestone planning, and Q&A prep. What round a company is actually ready for, and the story that will close it.
GTM & Commercial Strategy
Beachhead selection, buyer prioritization, channel logic, pricing, and the pilot-to-adoption plan that turns one logo into a repeatable motion.
Healthcare & AgeTech Domains
Payer and provider strategy, reimbursement pathway analysis, including RPM, RTM, BHI, and CoCM, senior-living commercialization, and AI-enabled care models.
Fractional Support
Fractional COO or strategy-officer engagements for founders who want an experienced partner in the room for board meetings, partnership conversations, hiring decisions, and strategic planning.
Focus
Founder-led companies in healthcare, AgeTech, senior care, Medicare-adjacent services, and AI-enabled care models.
- Healthcare and digital health
- AgeTech and senior care
- Medicare-adjacent services and AI-enabled care models
Stage: Seed through Series B, plus selected later-stage situations where the strategic problem is more interesting than the round size.
